tely 10 2The annual TELY 10 Mile Road Race will once again kick off in Paradise. The TELY 10 is Newfoundland's premier road race, and is believed to be the third oldest road race in Canada and one of the oldest in North America.
The 2018 Tely 10 Mile Road Race is scheduled for Sunday, July 22. The Tely 10 starts in the Town of Paradise and runs through Mount Pearl and St. John's.

Detour Map The Town of Paradise is advising residents that effective Monday, July 16, the following detour routes are in place on Topsail Road, in the area from St. Thomas Line to Carlingford Street (see map for detour routes): In the morning, eastbound traffic will flow through Topsail Road until 9 a.m., at which time eastbound traffic will be detoured through Spracklin Blvd.

The Town of Paradise is advising residents that a fire advisory has been issued by the St. John’s Regional Fire Department based on the current high index and dry windy conditions. All permits for open air fires are banned.
