The Town of Paradise has received an application to remove a small existing accessory building (9.4m 2 ) and construct a new accessory building with a floor area of 18 sq. m.The property is situated in a Rural Residential use zone. MAP_ Planned Detour on Topsail Road as Part of Paving Operations_September 20, 2016 September 20, 2016 – Paradise, NL: The Town of Paradise is advising residents of a planned detour on Topsail Road, beginning 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 21, 2016, as part of final paving operations in the Phase III Topsail Road Widening Project (Marie’s Convenience Store to Stanhope Drive). The Town of Paradise has received an application to remove an existing accessory building and construct a new accessory building to provide a total floor area of 61.6m 2 on the above noted property. The subject property is located within the Residential Medium Density (RMD) Use zone in which the maximum floor area for an accessory building is 56m 2 . The Town of Paradise advises that water is restored to the Elizabeth Drive area and the water main break is repaired.
Residents are asked to run their water for a few minutes in the event of discoloured water or air in the pipes.  
The Town apologizes for the inconvenience caused with the water shutoff today.

UPDATE 8:00PM:  Work is ongoing to repair the water main break in the Elizabeth Drive area. Crews have been working on the issue all day and are working to restore water as quickly as possible. We anticipate water to be restored within the next several hours.
