The Town of Paradise is introducing eServices - an online service which enables residents to access many of the Town services online, including account balances, reprint invoices and receipts, and report an issue or request a service.
In the near future, eServices will also provide residents with the ability to sign-up for recreation events and programs such as day camp, fitness programs and other special events and pay for these services online.
The first module available through eServices is the Service Request Module. It enables residents to let us know what concerns you have and allows you to track the resolution. You can do this from any computer, tablet or smartphone.
In order to access your account online you will need a Sign-up Key. Each resident was mailed a letter which provided the Sign-up Key and the steps to create your account.
