The Town of Paradise is holding its next municipal election Tuesday, September 26, 2017. In Newfoundland and Labrador, general municipal elections are held every four years on the last Tuesday in September. In Paradise voters choose one Mayor and six Councillors for Town Council. Paradise operates under an "at-large" system in which its elected officials are chosen to represent the Town as a whole.
Voting strengthens our local government and helps make us a stronger community. The Nomination Date for the 2017 election is Thursday, August 31. 
 
Advance Polling for the 2017 election will be available 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on September 12 at the Rotary Paradise Youth and Community Centre, 1 Sarah Davis Way.
