Fall 2025 Fitness Classes

We are excited to offer a variety of Fall 2025 Fitness Classes. From beginner to advanced classes, we have a number of options to help you get healthy and active. Drop-in options will only be available where space allows. Payments will be processed online at the time of registration – no pay later option will be enabled.

Registration for our 2025 Fall classes opens Monday, September 29, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. for Paradise residents. Any remaining spaces will re-open to the public on Wednesday, October 1, at 12:00 p.m. Registration is only available online through the Town’s Recreation Portal.

Fall 2025 Class Schedule

Evening Spin

Hop on the saddle for a high energy indoor cycle class that provides a fun cardiovascular workout! On this ride, you will experience various hill climbs, sprints and other drills all set to energizing music. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Time: Tuesday and Thursday 6:00 p.m.
Instructor: Michelle
Cost: $49 for 7 weeks or $63 for 9 weeks
Session Length: 7 Weeks (Starting October 21) 9 Weeks (Starting October 16)
Location: Paradise Double Ice Complex (Fitness Studio)

Gentle Yoga

As time goes on, we tend to become more inflexible, eventually leading to many restrictions in our daily lives. This class focuses on maintaining and improving flexibility while stretching through a series of yoga movements. Participants are encouraged to please bring a yoga mat.

An energizing, fun, go at your own pace class for all levels. Strengthen muscles & tone full body using weights, resistance tubes & own body weight.

Suitable for all levels, with this class being most suitable for beginners or those who prefer a more gentle practice.

Time: Tuesdays 7:00 p.m.

Barre & Stretch - October 5

This low impact class consists of strategic exercises that will build strength, increase flexibility, and engage various muscles in the body while incorporating the ballet barre.

UpLIFT - November 2

A choreographed, full-body workout that uses music, weights, and bands to target every muscle group, leaving you feeling confident and accomplished!

Time: November 2 at 6:45 p.m.
Cost: $5
