Compost Bins Now AvailableDid you know approximately 41% of food waste comes from the home?
To help reduce waste and keep organics out of landfills, the Town of Paradise is offering compost bins for $20. Pick up yours at the Town Hall during regular hours (8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) or call 709-782-3577 if you would like your bin dropped off.

Work resumes on the T’Railway upgrade project on Tuesday, April 27. The project involves the section of trail from McNamara Drive to the CBS boundary, and is expected to be completed by end of July. The work includes widening and resurfacing the section of trail, installing a granular surface, and completing appropriate edging and drainage.

The Town of Paradise advises that the 2021 annual line painting and maintenance program is underway and will continue over the coming months. It includes traffic lines, edge lines, crosswalks, stop bars, margins and arrows throughout the Town.   On Sunday, April 25, crews will be completing line painting on Topsail Road.    Drivers are asked to follow all posted signage and to use caution when in the area and around work crews.
