The Town of Paradise is committed to supporting a healthy and active lifestyle for all of its residents.

Town of Paradise facilities are equipped with Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs).
The Town of Paradise, Department of Recreation and Community Services accepts requests for the rental of indoor gymnasium time, ice time and other indoor meeting spaces.
Private Rentals
We are now accepting requests for Private Rentals (ex; Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, etc.). If you are looking to rent space to host a Special Event, please contact our Recreation Reception at 709-782-6290 or at recreception@paradise.ca
Requests for private rentals must be made at least one month prior to the rental date and within the current rental season. Requests submitted less than one month in advance will require approval from the Recreation Supervisor.
Requests for a rental during a season outside of the current one must submit a rental request form to Reception during the season’s submission timeline.

Special Event Rentals
Requests for Special Events must be made as far in advance as possible. Please submit a completed Special Event Rental Request Form to recreception@paradise.ca
Rental Seasons and Timelines |
Regular Season: Operational days between Thanksgiving and Canada Day. - Deadline for “Regular Season” requests must be submitted to the appropriate personnel by the last calendar day in May. (Extended to June 13th, 2022) Summer Season: Operational days between Canada Day in July to final operational day in August. - Deadline for “Summer Season” requests must be submitted to the appropriate personnel by the last calendar day in March. Off Season: Operational days between August 31st and Thanksgiving.
Regular Season: Operational days between Thanksgiving and Victoria Day.
