All playgrounds in the Town of Paradise are now open. Crews have completed the required work to prepare the areas according to current public health guidelines for COVID-19.

Residents using playground areas are reminded to practice proper hand hygiene, to bring hand sanitizer, and to ensure physical distancing is practiced.

The playgrounds at Paradise Park and Peter Barry Duff Memorial Park are cleaned twice daily and staff are on site to monitor the facilities. The washrooms facilities at both of these parks are also open for public use and being cleaned according to public health guidelines. All other playgrounds are cleaned and monitored throughout the summer, however, these areas are not cleaned twice daily.

The playground located outside the Rotary Paradise Youth and Community Centre is closed for public use as it being used by the Summer Day Camp program. It will be cleaned and monitored as part of the Camp program.
