PSA: Road Resurfacing for Topsail Pond Road (august 15, 2023)

The Town of Paradise is advising that road re-surfacing is planned for Topsail Pond Road (from Topsail Road to Civic #32). The work is scheduled to begin Monday August 14, with crews working 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, and take approximately two weeks to complete. The project involves the complete removal and replacement of the current asphalt surface and reconstruction of the roadway. Traffic control will be on site and crews will work to minimize traffic impacts, however due to the nature of the work, traffic delays, interruptions and slowdowns can be expected. If possible, drivers are advised to use alternate routes. Drivers are asked to use caution in the area and to follow traffic control. The Town apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this work.
