🤸 Woodstock Gardens Playground Celebration - POSTPONED

Unfortunately, due to the forecast we're going to POSTPONE the celebration for Woodstock Gardens Playground scheduled for Sunday, November 27.

Join us on November 27 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. as we celebrate the completion of a new playground at Woodstock Gardens! This newly developed playground was based on the neighbourhood's input and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Come check out all the fun features from painted pavement games to swings and slides. We’ll have a warm cup of hot chocolate for all who attend. Can’t wait to see you there!

🎅 Brunch With Santa

It's the most wonderful time of the year and who better to have brunch with than Santa, of course!

Join the jolly ol’ elf himself for Brunch with Santa at the Paradise Double Ice Complex on Saturday, December 3. We are offering 4 brunch sessions with 30 tables available per session. Admission is $35/table, which includes brunch and 2 photos with Santa (each table seats a maximum of 8 people).

Brunch Times:

Session #1 - 8:30 a.m.

Session #2 - 10:10 a.m.

Session #3 - 11:50 a.m.

Session #4 - 1:30 p.m.

Admission is sold by table and can be purchased online only through the Town’s Recreation Portal. Please note only one table admission for one brunch session can be purchased per account, it is not possible to purchase admission for more than one brunch session. A limited waitlist is offered at the time of admission sales.

Table sales will done in four phases, with sales starting at 9 a.m. for each phase; spaces are first offered to Paradise residents.
Phase 1: November 22 for 8:30 a.m. brunch seating
Phase 2: November 23 for 10:10 a.m. brunch seating
Phase 3: November 24 for 11:50 a.m. brunch seating
Phase 4: November 25 for 1:30 p.m. brunch seating

Please Note:

Registration is Paradise residents first
Tickets can be picked up at the Paradise Double Ice Complex starting Wednesday, November 30.
ID must be presented when picking up tickets.
Tickets will indicate the brunch session and table number.
Tickets must be presented at the door for the brunch; only those with a ticket will be permitted to enter the session.
If your child requires a highchair or booster seat, please bring it and it does count as a spot at your table.
The brunch will consist of pancakes, eggs, sausages. If you have any food allergies, please advise staff as they can accommodate with fresh fruit, cereal, or yogurt to switch out with one of the main foods.

🦌 Christmas Parade

It's that time of year again! A time for celebration and with that comes our annual Paradise Christmas Parade.

The festivities start on December 4 at 1:00 p.m. at Paradise Elementary and will continue onto Topsail Road and finish at the Paradise Double Ice Complex. You won't want to miss all the wonderful floats and of course the jolly man himself.

In an effort to ensure a more enjoyable experience for all spectators, this year’s parade will feature a sensory-friendly area along the route from Paradise Road to the Paradise Fire Station. While passing this area, parade participants have been asked to reduce music levels, stop flashing lights, and minimize noise.

Please note: There will be road closures and delays from 12:55 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Parade day.

🎆 New Year's Eve Fireworks

Come ring in the New Year with us as we say goodbye to 2022 and welcome 2023. The magic starts at 7:00 p.m. on December 31 and can be seen from the Paradise Double Ice Complex parking lot and surrounding areas. Bring your friends and family for an evening full of tremendous fireworks.

Please note that Paradise Park will be closed to all traffic on December 31, as the Fireworks team will be setting up throughout the day.
