Fitness Centre

Monday to Sunday: 6:00 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.

The fitness centre operates on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Users must follow all current public health guidelines. 

Individuals are not permitted to enter the facility if they have any of the following symptoms: cough, fever, chills, sore throat, shortness of breath, loss of sense of smell, runny nose, headache, muscle aches, fatigue or loss of appetite.

Members must adhere to all rules and regulations of the facility.  

Members should wash their hands or use hand sanitizer prior to entering the fitness centre. 

Users are responsible for discarding all trash, including tissues and any personal protective equipment (masks and gloves), in trash containers

All members must enter through the main entrance of the Paradise Double Ice Complex and check at the Reception Desk prior to proceeding to the Fitness Centre.

All users must have membership card available for scanning; staff will be at the check-in desk inside the fitness centre to verify memberships and review current rules and requirements. 

Members must use designated entrances and exits. 

Users must follow all public health guidelines and posted signage throughout the Fitness Centre. 

Members are not permitted to bring personal equipment. 

Water fountain / bottle filling stations are available.
