The Town of Paradise has received an application to permit an accessory building with a height of 4.95 m at 16 Gentler Place. The property has a lot area of 4067.8 m2. Accessory buildings with a height greater than 4.5 m are subject to public notice and Council approval. This Notice of Discretionary Use is advertised in accordance with Sections 3.6 and 9.5 of the Town of Paradise Development Regulations, 2016. Notice is hereby given that the Town of Paradise has received an application for a Discretionary Use for the approval to construct six (6) single-family dwellings with six (6) subsidiary apartments at Civic # 122-124 St. Thomas Line. The subject property is located within the Residential Low Density (RLD) Use Zone, where subsidiary apartments are considered a discretionary use and require approval by Council. Council will consider this application at a future public meeting. Any person wishing to make representations on this matter may do so by submitting written comments to the Town of Paradise prior to the meeting date.
