The Town of Paradise has received an application for approval to operate a home-based health and wellness business at the above noted property. The applicant has advised there will be a maximum of ten onsite visits per day. The hours of operation are Monday – Friday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The business is considered a Discretionary Use of the Residential Medium Density (RMD) Use Zone, as per the Town of Paradise Development Regulations, 2016. A Notice of Discretionary Use is advertised in accordance with Sections 3.6, 3.32 and 9.5 of the Town of Paradise Development Regulations, 2016.
