The Town of Paradise has received an application for approval to expand the existing vehicle auction business located at 1155 Kenmount Road to incorporate the adjacent vacant land located at 1133-1149 Kenmount Road (east side of 1155 Kenmount Road). The proposed use is considered a Discretionary Use under the Light Industry classification in the Commercial General (CG), as per the Town of Paradise Development Regulations, 2016. This Notice of Discretionary Use is advertised in accordance with Section 3.6 and 9.5 of the Town of Paradise Development Regulations, 2016.
