Adult and Senior Programming

Drop in during your lunch hour for a fun and active Ultimate Frisbee session. Whether you’re looking to sharpen your skills or join in on a game, this program is a great way to stay moving mid-day. Games will be organized if numbers allow.

Please note that indoor shoes are required.

The Gentle Reset is a new 10-week community cohort designed to support the physical, mental, emotional and social recovery of new caregivers during the critical “fourth trimester” and beyond. This program is a fun approach to wellness with participation and resources from certified specialists, including a postpartum doula, board-certified music therapist, postnatal yoga instructor, and recreation practitioners, as well as community activities for staying active with your little one! This program is ideal for most newborns up until walking age.

• Regulation & Connection 
• Community Fitness Offering 
• Postnatal Yoga Session 
• Movement & Sensory Songs 
• Mindfulness for Parents: Finding Calm In The Chaos 
• Stroller Walk at Neil's Pond 
• Preparing for the Transition: Returning to Work After Maternity Leave 
• Picnic in the Park/Healthy Eating and Feeding
• Self-Care Activity & Celebration

Admission: $10 per session (includes baby and caregiver)
