The Town of Paradise has received an application to permit an accessory building with a floor area of 45m2 at 19 Haliburton Place. The accessory structure will be located 5.8 meters in front of the building line and 15.16 meters from the front property boundary. Accessory buildings in front of the building line are subject to public notice and Council approval.
This Notice of Discretionary Use is advertised in accordance with Sections 3.6 and 9.5 of the Town of Paradise Development Regulations, 2016. Any person who wishes to comment on the proposed development is asked to contact the Town of Paradise in writing by 4:00 p.m., Thursday, May 14, 2026. All correspondence must be submitted via email.
