The Town of Paradise regularly issues a variety of Planning Notices (Variance Use Applications, Discretionary Use Notices, and others).

The Town Discretionary Use Policy and Accessory Building Permit Policy outline applicable guidelines, requirements and procedures.

The Town of Paradise has received an application for approval to operate a home-based Policy Analysis & Advisory Services business at 79 Rembrandt Boulevard. The applicant has advised that there will be no onsite visits. The hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The business is considered a Discretionary Use of the Residential Medium Density (RMD) Use Zone, as per the Town of Paradise Development Regulations, 2016.

A Notice of Discretionary Use is advertised in accordance with Sections 3.6, 3.32 and 9.5 of the Town of Paradise Development Regulations, 2016. Any person who wishes to comment on the
proposed development is asked to contact the Town of Paradise in writing by 4:00 p.m., Thursday, September 10, 2026.

The business will operate during evenings and on weekends. The business is considered a Discretionary Use of the Planned Mixed Development (Residential) (PMDR) Use Zone, as per the Town of Paradise Development Regulations, 2016.

A Notice of Discretionary Use is advertised in accordance with Sections 3.6, 3.32 and 9.5 of the Town of Paradise Development Regulations, 2016. Any person who wishes to comment on the proposed development is asked to contact the Town of Paradise in writing by 4:00 p.m., Thursday, September 10, 2026.

The business operates online only, with no set hours of operation. The business is considered a Discretionary Use of the Residential Low Density (RLD) Use Zone, as per the Town of Paradise Development Regulations, 2016.

A Notice of Discretionary Use is advertised in accordance with Sections 3.6, 3.32 and 9.5 of the Town of Paradise Development Regulations, 2016.
