The Town is calling for expressions of interest to serve on its new Commemorative Subcommittee.
The Town of Paradise holds an annual Memorial Day Service, Korean War Commemoration Service and Remembrance Day Ceremony to honour and commemorate those who have served, and continue to serve, during times of war, conflict, and peace.
The Town is in the process of forming a new Commemoration Subcommittee to engage residents in the planning of these important ceremonies. The new Subcommittee will be responsible for providing recommendations related to all commemorative services held by the Town, while maintaining the traditions and protocols of the Royal Canadian Legion. For more information about the new Subcommittee, please see its draft Terms of Reference.
If you are interested in becoming a member of the Commemoration Subcommittee, please submit an Expression of Interest Form by email, or in person at the Paradise Double Ice Complex, by 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 12, 2022.
