Councillor Sheldon Antle

Originally from Fox Cove-Mortier on the Burin Peninsula, Sheldon has lived in the Elizabeth Park area of Paradise with his wife Leigh and their son Conner since 2011.

Sheldon has been a civil servant with the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador since 2007. His most recent position is as Deputy Registrar of the Commercial Registrations Division with the Department of Government Modernization and Service Delivery. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, a Certificate in Business Administration and Post-Graduate Certificate in Information Management and Record Keeping.

Sheldon has been an active volunteer since moving to Paradise with the Elizabeth Park School Council, Elizabeth Park Breakfast Club, 1^st Paradise Scouts, the Canadian Red Cross and the Paradise Soccer Club.

Sheldon believes in a collaborative, informed, and engaged approach to municipal governance and looks forward to working with the residents of Paradise to continue to make our town a vibrant community.
