Doing Business with the Town
The Town of Paradise conducts procurement activity in accordance with the Public Procurement Act of Newfoundland and Labrador and various trade agreements. All current public procurement opportunities can be found on the Town's Bids and Tenders site.
By using the Bids and Tenders online procurement platform, the Town provides vendors with a secure platform to both access and respond to procurement opportunities.

Notice of Intent
The Town of Paradise intends to participate in the Canoe Procurement MNL Municipal Group Buying Program between 2025/2026. Bond Requirements
In instances where a bid security, performance bond or labour and materials bond is a requirement, the Town will accept e-Bonds. E-bonds are to be in an electronically verifiable/enforceable format.
