Flushing of Hydrants to Begin Thursday, August 19, 2021

The Town of Paradise advises that flushing of dead end hydrants begins on Thursday, August 19, 2021. This is part of the Town’s water system and fire flow protection maintenance programs.

The flushing will occur between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and will run for approximately five weeks.

As part of this work, residents may notice temporary changes in their water service, including; low water pressure, changes in water colour and/or cloudiness, and slight changes in taste and / or odour of water. In the event of water colour changes and / or cloudiness, residents are asked to run cold water until it appears clear.
