PSA: 2025 Street Rehabilitation Program Starts

The Town of Paradise advises that the 2025 Street Rehabilitation program begins the week of July 7. For 2025, asphalt grind and patch work on select areas of the following streets: Trails End Drive, Milton Road, McNamara Drive, Paradise Road, St. Thomas Line and Topsail Road. As part of the 2025 program, new concrete curb / gutter and sidewalk installation will be completed on Aurora Place and Porteus Place. The work will be completed intermittently throughout the summer with crews on designated sites Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.  Some weekend work may occur on Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Minimal traffic disruptions are anticipated for the repairs on local roads. Additional notice will be issued before work begins on Topsail Road, Paradise Road, and St. Thomas Line. All drivers are asked to use caution in the area and to follow signage and traffic control procedures. The Town apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this work.
