PSA: Blasting Operations Scheduled for Picco Ridge Subdivision - August 1, 2024

The Town of Paradise is advising residents that blasting work is scheduled for the Picco Ridge Subdivision, in the Phoenix Drive area. The planned blasting operations are scheduled to begin on Thursday, August 1 and occur intermittently throughout the next three to four weeks. The Town has confirmed that the contractor has completed the required pre-blast survey and notified residents in the immediate 250m radius zone as per provincial regulations; any claims to damage are the responsibility of the developer. The Town apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this work.
