PSA: Construction for Temporary Beach Volleyball Courts 2025 Canada Summer Games - May 20, 2025

The Town of Paradise advises that construction of the temporary beach volleyball courts at Paradise Park is scheduled to begin on May 20, 2025, and will take approximately eight weeks to complete. Work will occur Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

For the safety of all users, the small parking lot and main gate at Paradise Park will be closed until further notice. While construction is underway, the park and accessible playground will remain open. Visitors are asked to park at the Paradise Double Ice Complex and use the north entrance to access the park. Those using the park are asked to follow all posted signage and avoid the construction area.

The upgrades to the temporary beach volleyball courts are needed as Paradise Park is the host location for beach volleyball for the 2025 Canada Summer Games. The Town apologizes for any inconvenience and thanks residents for their cooperation and patience as this project is completed.
