PSA: Construction Near Octagon Pond June 24, 2025

The Town of Paradise advises that construction has begun next to the graveled area near Topsail Road and Octagon Pond as of June 24, 2025. The area is privately owned and is zoned for Planned Mixed Development. The property owners are developing the area to bring additional businesses to the Town, furthering the growing business area of this section of Topsail Road. For your safety, avoid parking near heavy equipment or along construction access.

To access the trail area safely, we ask residents and visitors to use the designated parking area shown in green on the attached site plan. There is also trail access to the Octagon Pond Trail through Paradise Park. The pond dock will remain accessible for use by community groups during construction.
