PSA: Rosewell Place and Summit Drive Intersection July 22, 2025

The Town of Paradise advises that construction to convert Rosewell Place and Summit Drive intersection to a three-way stop is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, July 22, 2025. Work is expected to take two days to complete, weather permitting, with crews on site from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day. The right turning lane from Summit Drive onto Rosewell place will be temporarily closed. During this time, traffic interruptions and periodic delays are expected as crews carry out the installation. Please note, these are temporary measures as we work through the design and implementation of a permanent solution.

Painted road lines will be added in the coming weeks to support the new three way stop and crosswalk. Drivers and pedestrians are asked to use caution in the area and follow all signage and traffic control procedures.
