PSA: Traffic Interruptions on Kenmount Road – Phase I Rehabilitation Project – October 6, 2025

October 03, 2025: The Town of Paradise advises of traffic interruptions on Kenmount Road, from Civic #1222 to the McNamara Drive intersection. As construction resumes for Phase I of the Kenmount Road Rehabilitation Project on Monday, October 6, 2025. The project is set to be completed in approximately three weeks.

Crews will be on site Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The work includes installing new water and sewer main stubs, minor concrete and asphalt surface work, and line painting.

Businesses in the area will remain open throughout construction. While crews will work to maintain traffic flow, especially during morning and evening commutes; due to the nature of the work, delays and interruptions may occur. School buses will be given priority access through the construction zone to help minimize disruptions.

Drivers are reminded to use caution in the area and to follow all posted traffic controls. The Town apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and thanks residents for their patience.
