PSA: Section of Adams Pond Trail Closed for Construction - September 08, 2025

September 4, 2025: The Town of Paradise advises that a section of Adams Pond Trail, between Vista Crest Gardens and Archibald Drive, will be closed for approximately two weeks starting September 8, 2025. The closure is in place to allow the developer for the Lakeside Phase 7 subdivision to complete storm drainage upgrades and a bridge installation. These improvements will help reduce water pooling and improve overall trail conditions.

With this section of the trail closed, the full walking loop around the pond will not be possible. Trail users are asked to plan accordingly and to follow all posted signage. The Town apologizes for any inconvenience and thanks residents for their cooperation.
