
We are excited to offer a variety of Winter 2026 Fitness Classes. From beginner to advanced classes, we have a number of options to help you get healthy and active. Drop-in options will only be available where space allows. Payments will be processed online at the time of registration – no pay later option will be enabled.

Registration for our 2026 Winter classes opens Wednesday, December 17, at 1:00 p.m. for Paradise residents. Any remaining spaces will re-open to the public on Friday, December 19, at 1:00 p.m. Registration is only available online through the Town’s Recreation Portal.

Bootcamp - NEW CLASS |

This format incorporates various circuit stations all aimed to focus on different movements and exercises, including strength, core, balance, and cardiovascular health. With each station having different adaptations, you control how much you wish to push yourself! Time: Wednesday 6:00 p.m. |

HIIT - NEW CLASS |

This class is the perfect way to kick-start your weekend! Using high-intensity intervals, you’ll get that heart rate and muscles energized to push you to your personal best. Suitable for all fitness levels. Time: Wednesday 7:00 p.m. |

Lunchtime Yoga Flow (Vinyasa) - NEW CLASS |

Enjoy a relaxing lunch with Yoga Flow. This class includes steady movements and flow. It's a great way to decompress as you go about your day. Time: Tuesday 12:05 p.m. |

Yin and Yang Yoga (Hatha and Yin) - NEW CLASS |

For this class, you start with Hatha and end with yin. Test your balance abilities as you hold positions up to five minutes. End your week off with serenity and peace of mind. Time: Thursday 5:10 p.m. |

Rest (Yin) - NEW CLASS |

This grounding Yin practice invites long-held positions. Easing into deeper layers of the body—where fascia, ligaments, and tendons gently respond to time and stillness. Offering deep breathing, clearing the mind, and easing the heart. Leaves you feeling spacious, grounded, and more open from within. Time: Saturday 5:30 p.m. |

Evening Spin |

Hop on the saddle for a high energy indoor cycle class that provides a fun cardiovascular workout! On this ride, you will experience various hill climbs, sprints and other drills all set to energizing music. Suitable for all fitness levels. Time: Tuesday and Thursday 6:00 p.m. |

Gentle Yoga |

As time goes on, we tend to become more inflexible, eventually leading to many restrictions in our daily lives. This class focuses on maintaining and improving flexibility while stretching through a series of yoga movements. Participants are encouraged to please bring a yoga mat. An energizing, fun, go at your own pace class for all levels. Strengthen muscles & tone full body using weights, resistance tubes & own body weight. Suitable for all levels, with this class being most suitable for beginners or those who prefer a more gentle practice. Time: Tuesdays 7:00 p.m. |
