We are excited to offer a variety of summer 2024 Fitness Classes. From beginner to advanced classes, we have a number of options to help you get healthy and active. Drop-in options will only be available where space allows.

Registration for our 2024 summer classes opens Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. for Paradise residents. Any remaining spaces will re-open to the public on Thursday, July 4 at 12:00 p.m. Registration is only available online through the Town’s Recreation Portal.
Summer 2024 Class Schedule
Express Spin (4 Week Session) |
Hop on the saddle for high energy indoor cycle class that provides a fun cardiovascular workout! On this ride you will experience various hill climbs, sprints, and other drills all set to energizing music. Suitable for all fitness levels. |
Express Yoga (4 Week Session) |
This new express offering will incorporate a combination of strength, stretch and relaxation through various poses and releases. Suitable for all levels. Time: Monday and Wednesday from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. |
Outdoor Yoga Sculpt (4 Week Session) |
Yoga flow incorporates light hand weights and resistance tubes to further tone and sculpt your body. For all levels, class can be done with or without weights / resistance tubes. Time: Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. |
Outdoor Vinyasa Flow (4 Week session) |
Explore the flow of yoga, standing and sitting postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and balance to kick start your morning. Participants are encouraged to please bring a yoga mat. Suitable for all levels. Time: Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. |
Yoga in the Park - August 6 & August 13 |
As time goes on, we tend to become more inflexible, eventually leading to many restrictions in our daily lives. This class focuses on maintaining and improving flexibility while stretching through a series of yoga movements. Participants are encouraged to please bring a yoga mat. Suitable for all levels, with this class being most suitable for beginners or those who prefer a gentler practice. Time: Tuesday, August 6 and Tuesday, August 13 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. |
