We are excited to offer a variety of Spring 2025 Fitness Classes. From beginner to advanced classes, we have a number of options to help you get healthy and active. Drop-in options will only be available where space allows.

Registration for our 2025 Spring classes opens Monday, March 24 2025 at 1:00 p.m. for Paradise residents. Any remaining spaces will re-open to the public on Wednesday, March 26 at 1:00 p.m. Registration is only available online through the Town’s Recreation Portal.

Beginner Yoga - New Class! |
New to yoga? This class is designed for absolute beginners with no prior experience. In a welcoming, stress-free environment, we’ll guide you through basic poses, simple breathwork, and gentle stretches. You’ll learn at your own pace with clear instructions and plenty of support. No pressure, just a relaxed and friendly space to start your yoga journey. Time: Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. |
Gentle Joints - New Class! |
Designed for seniors, this class focuses on gentle, low-impact movements to improve joint flexibility, mobility, and relaxation. With slow, easy-to-follow poses and breathwork, "Gentle Joints" offers a safe and supportive environment for all fitness levels. Time: Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. |
Yoga - Flow/More Experienced Slot |
This is a Hatha style yoga class with a flow like structure. Participants will move from one flow sequence to another allowing their bodies to soften and stretch. This class encourages participants to detoxify and unwind as they prepare for the most challenging pose of all, the Savasana. Experience of some Yoga experience and knowledge of Sun Salutation is preferred. The Savasana and Pranayama practices will begin to increase in time as participants go through the session. The instruction will be mostly verbal with Assist or Non-Assist options. Yoga pose awareness will be an asset. This class is geared for more experienced participants. Time: Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. - 7:15 p.m. |
Yoga - Slot 2 - Gentle Flow Slot |
This class is designed to build strength, confidence, and wellness as we practice. There will be some gentle flow, incorporation of props and more detailed instruction on poses and yoga philosophy. If you have been wanting to go deeper into your Yoga practice, this class is for you. This class is suitable for all levels, especially beginner. Time: Wednesday from 7:15 - 8:15 p.m. |
Morning Yoga |
Rise & Shine! Morning Yoga is designed to wake up the body and mind for the day ahead. This class is a fun way to stretch and strengthen. We will incorporate many elements of yoga and yoga lifestyle such as but not limited to Flow, Alignment, Core Strengthening, and Prop Use. Time: Friday 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. (No class on April 18) |
Alignment and Meditation 101 - New Class! |
This alternating class series focuses on the essentials of yoga alignment and meditation. Week 1 will explore proper alignment techniques to improve your practice, while Week 2 will guide you through calming meditation practices. Each week builds on the last, creating a balanced approach to mind-body wellness. Time: Friday 10:00 - 11:15 a.m. (No class on April 18) |
Express Yoga |
This new express offering will incorporate a combination of strength, stretch and relaxation through various poses and releases. Suitable for all levels. Classes begin on April 9. Time: Wednesday 12:30 - 1:00 p.m. |
Vinyasa Flow |
Explore the flow of yoga, standing and sitting postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and balance to kick start your morning. Participants are encouraged to please bring a yoga mat. Suitable for all levels. Time: Thursday 10:15 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. |
Gentle Yoga |
As time goes on, we tend to become more inflexible, eventually leading to many restrictions in our daily lives. This class focuses on maintaining and improving flexibility while stretching through a series of yoga movements. Participants are encouraged to please bring a yoga mat. An energizing, fun, go at your own pace class for all levels. Strengthen muscles & tone full body using weights, resistance tubes & own body weight. Suitable for all levels, with this class being most suitable for beginners or those who prefer a more gentle practice. Time: Tuesday 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. |
Body Sculpt |
An energizing, fun, go at your own pace class for all levels. Strengthen muscles and tone full body using weights, resistance tubes & own body weight. Classes begin on April 7. Time: Monday 9:30 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. |
Early Bird Body Sculpt |

Yoga Sculpt |
Yoga Sculpt incorporates light hand weights and resistance tubes to further tone and sculpt your body. For all levels, class can be done with or without weights / resistance tubes. Hatha Yoga |
Hatha yoga class is a perfect blend of balance, strength, and relaxation. This class is an accessible and gentle introduction to yoga, suitable for all levels, that focuses on physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation. Classes begin on April 7. Time: Monday 10:15 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. |
