We are excited to offer a variety of fall 2023 Fitness Classes. From beginner to advanced classes, we have a number of options to help you get healthy and active. Drop-in options will only be available where space allows. A list will be added to the webpage of classes that are able to accommodate drop-ins after registration closes.

Registration for our 2023 fall classes opens Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. for Paradise residents. Any remaining spaces will re-open to the public on Friday, September 29 at 12:00 p.m. Registration is only available online through the Town’s Recreation Portal. Lessons begin the first week of October.
Fall 2023 Class Schedule
Wednesday Yoga - Slot 1 (Flow/More Experienced Slot) |
This is a Hatha style yoga class with a flow like structure. We will move from one flow sequence to another allowing our bodies to soften and stretch. This is the class that will allow us to detoxify and unwind as we prepare for the most challenging pose of all, the Savasana. It would be ideal if you have some Yoga experience and knowledge of Sun Salutation. The Savasana and Pranayama practices will begin to increase in time as we go through the session. In this session, the instruction will be mostly verbal with Assist or Non-Assist options. Yoga pose awareness will be an asset. |
Wednesday Yoga - Slot 2 (Detox/Gentler Flow Slot) |
This class is designed to build strength, confidence, and wellness as we practice. There will be some gentle flow, incorporation of props and more detailed instruction on poses and yoga philosophy. If you have been wanting to go deeper into your Yoga practice, this class is for you. This class is suitable for all levels, especially beginner. Time: Wednesday at 7:15 p.m. |
Morning Yoga |
Rise and Shine! Morning Yoga is designed to wake up the body and mind for the day ahead. This class is a fun way to stretch and strengthen. We will incorporate many elements of yoga and yoga lifestyle such as but not limited to Flow, Alignment, Core Strengthening and Prop Use. Time: Friday at 9:00 a.m. |
Be Fit HIIT |
This new class is the perfect way to kick start your weekend! Using high intensity intervals, you’ll get that heart rate and muscles energized to push you to your personal best. Suitable for all fitness levels. Time: Saturday at 9:00 a.m. |
Barre & Stretch |
This fun and low impact class consists of strategic exercises that will build strength, increase flexibility, and engage various muscles in the body while incorporating the ballet barre. Slip-proof socks / Yoga or dance slippers are suggested, along with a yoga mat. Suitable for all fitness levels. Time: Monday at 12:00 p.m. |
Spin/Express Spin |
Hop on the saddle for a high energy indoor cycle class that provides a fun cardiovascular workout! On this ride you will experience various hill climbs, sprints, and other drills all set to energizing music. Suitable for all fitness levels. Time: Tuesday or Thursday at 6:00 p.m. with Michelle. Wednesday at 12:00 p.m. with Aimee (half hour express) |
Cardio Tone |
This class is the perfect mixture of strength, cardio, Pilates, and agility all wrapped up in one class! Suitable for all fitness levels. Time: Thursday at 6:00 p.m. |
Gentle Yoga |
As time goes on, we tend to become more inflexible, eventually leading to many restrictions in our daily lives. This class focuses on maintaining and improving flexibility while stretching through a series of yoga movements. Participants are encouraged to please bring a yoga mat. Suitable for all levels, with this class being most suitable for beginners or those who prefer a more gentle practice. Time: Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. |
Vinyasa Flow |
Explore the flow of yoga, standing and sitting postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and balance to kick start your morning. Participants are encouraged to please bring a yoga mat. Suitable for all levels. Time: Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. and Thursday at 11:00 a.m. |
Yoga With Weights |
Enjoy the foundations of yoga, with an element of strength built-in! Switch up your routine with this relaxing yet effective class. Participants are encouraged to please bring a yoga mat. Suitable for all levels. Time: Thursday at 10:00 a.m. |
Morning Core |
Begin your morning focusing on building and strengthening the muscles in the abdomen and lower back! Core exercises are vital for a well-rounded fitness routine and can lead to improved balance and stability. Suitable for all levels. Time: Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. |
Saturday Salutations |

POUND® |
POUND® is a full-body jam session that combines cardio, conditioning and core work with the excitement and euphoria of drumming. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere to let loose, get energized, tone up and rock out! Time: Monday at 6:00 p.m. |
