Cost: $40 for 8 week session
- This fun and low impact class consists of strategic exercises that will build strength, increase flexibility, and engage various muscles in the body while incorporating the ballet bar. Slip-proof socks / Yoga or dance slippers are suggested, along with a yoga matt.

Cardio Tone

Time: Sundays at 12:00 p.m. (Begins April 24) - No classes May 8 & May 15
Cost: $30 for 6 week session
- This class will challenge you head to toe while helping to increase muscle tone and improve cardiovascular and respiratory health. With the use of functional, strength, balance, and body weight exercises, this class is a full body workout.
- With modifications available, this class is suitable for all fitness levels

Full Body Strength |
Time: Thursdays – 6:00 p.m. (Begins April 21)
Cost: $40 for 8 week session

You will learn how to properly strength train while also staying safe as your inclusive, positive coach shows you how to work your upper, lower and core strength in every class. Participants choose their weight and modifications for exercises will also be offered. This workout will leave you feeling amazing!

This fast-paced, high-energy class offered by a positive, upbeat and inclusive coach will combine full body strength and cardio. Participants choose their own weight and pace, putting you one step closer to your individual goals. Modifications will also be given for exercises to accommodate all fitness levels.

Gentle Yoga |
Time: Tuesday – 7:15 p.m. (Begins April 26)
Cost: $32 for 8 week session

As time goes on, we tend to become more inflexible, eventually leading to many restrictions in our daily lives. This class focuses on maintaining and improving flexibility while stretching through a series of yoga movements. Participants are encouraged to please bring a yoga mat.
Suitable for all levels, with this class being most suitable for beginners or those who prefer more gentle practice.

Stretch and De-Stress Yoga |
Time: Wednesday - 6:00 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. (Begins April 27) Cost: $28 for 7 week session

Finish your day feeling strong and relaxed. In this class, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. A portion of this class will teach poses that will begin to flow one to another creating an easeful sequence. We finish this class with a beautiful relaxation segment. Participants are encouraged to please bring a yoga mat.
This class is suitable for all levels however you will receive more benefit from having completed a beginner yoga class.

Morning Yoga |
Time: Friday – 9:00 a.m. (Begins April 29)

Rise & Shine! Morning Yoga is designed to wake up the body and mind for the day ahead. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity and ease of movement, stretching out the body and finishing with some energizing poses to lift energy levels. Begin your weekend feeling happy and invigorated. Participants are encouraged to please bring a yoga mat.

Yoga at St. Thomas Community Centre |

Explore the foundations of yoga, standing and sitting postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and balance in the peaceful St. Thomas Line Community Centre. Participants can expect to improve their overall fitness level by gaining strength, flexibility and balance. Participants are encouraged to please bring a yoga mat.
Suitable for all levels, with this class being most suitable for beginners or those who prefer more gentle practice.

Functional Fitness |
Time: Thursday – 9:00 a.m. (Begins April 21)
Cost: $20 for 4 weeks
- This is a low impact, full body strength class which will combine movements from traditional strength building, pilates, barre and power yoga. You will use a variety of equipment and your own body weight to build strength and flexibility. Although open to all age groups, this class is more geared towards those at a beginner level, and/or are seeking a class geared at healthy active aging.

Pop-Up Classes |
Wellness Workshop - Breaking the Bias
Time: Sunday, May 8 - 6:30 p.m.
Cost: $5.00 per person
- Join Jessica Walsh (Inspired Living Wellness) for a workshop where we will break down everything that diet culture has taught us and instead learn how to live a life filled with wellness! We will discuss all things wellness including movement, nutrition, hydration, self-care and mindset. It will be a fun and very informative session where you will walk away with tools to make wellness changes in your own life.
Oh Canada! Spin Class
Time: Thursday, June 30 - 6:30 p.m.
Cost: $7 per person
- Hop on the saddle and jam out to some of your favorite Canadian artists! This class is suitable for all levels, including true beginners. 16+.
Alignment in Yoga Pop-Up
Time: Saturday, May 14 - 10:30 a.m.
Cost: $5 per person
- Going back to the basics strengthens your foundation. And that is what this workshop is all about! We will break down a series of poses selected by Instructor Melissa, teaching them as if we are learning them for the very first time. We will focus on alignment while teaching variations, so they work for your body as it is now, as well as yoga props and how to use them to further your practice and find ease in each pose. This class is suitable for every body and every person. *This is not a flow class.
