PSA: Realignment of Summit Drive and Rosewell Place Intersection - September 14, 2026

September 11, 2026: The Town of Paradise advises residents that road work is beginning Monday, September 14, 2026 to reconfigure the intersection of Summit Drive and Rosewell Place.

The project will include changes to the layout of the intersection, along with drainage improvements, new roadside ditches, traffic signage and landscaping. Speed cushions will also be installed on Summit Drive, Rosewell Place and Brittany Drive. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2026. Please see the attached image for details on the realignment and the locations of the traffic calming speed cushions.

Drivers can expect temporary slowdowns in the area while work is underway. Please use caution in the area and follow all posted signage. The Town apologizes for any inconvenience this work may cause and thanks residents for their patience and cooperation.
