PSA: Sewer Repair on Mockingbird Drive - May 20, 2026

** Update** May 20, 2026 - The road closure near the northern entrance to Mockingbird Drive at the intersection with Goldfinch Drive has been extended into May 21, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.

The Town of Paradise advises that sewer repair work will take place near the northern entrance to Mockingbird Drive at the intersection with Goldfinch Drive on May 20, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Access to Mockingbird Drive from the north side of Goldfinch Drive will be limited during this time with local traffic access only permitted in the area. Drivers are advised to use the southern entrance to Mockingbird Drive from Goldfinch Drive and to follow all posted signage in the area.

The Town apologizes for any inconvenience and thanks residents for their patience and cooperation.
