PSA: South Side of Neils Pond Trail Closed for Drainage Improvements, July 14 and 15, 2026

July 10, 2026: The Town of Paradise is advising residents that the south side of the Neils Pond Trail will be closed on Monday July 13 and Tuesday July 14, 2026, to facilitate trail drainage improvement work in conjunction with the ongoing site work for phase four of the Neils Pond Estates Development.

The developer is working in the area to install drainage infrastructure to help manage stormwater runoff.

Residents are asked to avoid the area and follow all posted signage.
