PSA: Water and Sewer Installation on Neary Road - June 1, 2026

May 28, 2026 – Paradise, NL: The Town of Paradise advises residents that water and sewer installation work will begin on Neary Road on June 1, 2026 as part of the Town’s Water and Sewer Priority List.

This project includes the replacement of the culvert at the intersection of St. Thomas Line and Neary Road, as well as the replacement of existing river culverts on Neary Road with a new concrete box culvert in accordance with the Town’s storm water management plan.

Construction will take place Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. until fall 2026. Residents can expect heavy equipment and construction activity in the area, along with intermittent traffic disruptions near the intersection of St. Thomas Line and Neary Road.

Access to residential properties and the St. Thomas Line Community Centre will be maintained. Drivers are reminded to use caution in the area and to follow all posted signage and traffic control measures.
