PSA: Water and Sewer Upgrades on Carberry Place - May 27, 2026

May 25, 2026 – Paradise NL: The Town of Paradise advises that construction work related to water and sewer upgrades on Carberry Place will resume on May 27, 2026, as part of the Town’s Water and Sewer Priority List. Work is expected to continue for approximately four weeks.

The project includes asphalt work, drainage improvements, culvert work, walking trail surface treatment, and the installation of water sample ports for water testing and monitoring. Residents are reminded to use caution and follow all posted signage and traffic control measures. Traffic interruptions and delays can be expected while work is underway.

Please note that a section of Carberry Place will temporarily remain at the base asphalt stage, with final paving to take place later as part of future development work in the area.
