The Town of Paradise advises that due to the ongoing construction by Octagon Pond, next to 1655 Topsail Road, the designated public parking area is temporarily closed as of October 27, 2025 until further notice. The Octagon Pond Trail remains open, and trail users can park at the Paradise Double Ice Complex to access the trail or the gravel area in the vicinity of 1717 Topsail Road (future site of the Boat House) to access the trail.

October 3, 2025 – Paradise, NL The Town of Paradise advises that the 2025 fall line painting and maintenance program will begin on October 4, 2025, starting with marking and painting along Topsail Road. Work on additional roads across Town will continue throughout October.

October 03, 2025: The Town of Paradise advises of traffic interruptions on Kenmount Road, from Civic #1222 to the McNamara Drive intersection. As construction resumes for Phase I of the Kenmount Road Rehabilitation Project on Monday, October 6, 2025.
