A section of the Octagon Pond Trail will be closed on Monday, April 11 to facilitate repair work. The section of trail, on the eastern side of the pond (between the main parking area and cadet training area) will be closed for one day as a culvert is installed. Residents are asked to avoid the area and to follow all posted signage. The trail is expected to be open by the end of the day. The Town apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this work.

The Town of Paradise advises that work is scheduled to resume on the centre island of the Topsail Road – McNamara Drive roundabout on April 11. Crews will be onsite to prepare the centre island for landscaping and the work is expected to take approximately one week to complete, weather permitting. The landscaping portion of the project will be completed this summer, when weather permits and it is suitable for planting trees and greenery.

The Town of Paradise advises that water and sewer installation is scheduled to begin on Moonlight Drive on March 21, 2022. The project is expected to take 14 weeks to complete with work on-going Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 5p.m. Residents are asked to respect all posted signed and avoid the construction area. The Town apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this work.
