The Town of Paradise advises that Phase I of Evergreen Village Upgrade Project is scheduled to begin the week of July 25, 2022. For the 2022 construction season, work will be completed on Ashgrove Drive, Willow Drive and a section of Evergreen Drive (between Ashgrove Drive and Willow Drive). The project involves water and sewer upgrades (installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and watermain infrastructure) and road upgrades on the affected streets (road, curb and gutter replacement).

The Town advises of an emergency water shut-off for Elizabeth Drive, between Cedar Drive and Jane Heights, for today, Monday, July 18. The water shut-off is required to complete repairs in the area and is expected to be restored by 6 p.m. this evening.
When water is restored, residents are reminded to run their water for a few minutes in the event of any discolouration or air in the pipes. The Town apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.

The Town of Paradise advises that the Archibald Drive upgrade project will begin the week of July 11, 2022. The work involves installation of a new storm sewer, curb, gutters, and sidewalks. Construction will occur from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday and will continue for approximately four months. At times, due to the nature of the work, there will be traffic slowdowns, but minimal traffic interruptions are anticipated.
