PSA: Karwood Drive Road Work: Pedestrian Safety Improvements - July 2, 2024

June 28, 2024 - The Town of Paradise announces an upcoming road closure for a section of Karwood Drive, in front of Paradise Elementary. This closure is set to commence on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, and will last for approximately two weeks. The road work aims to enhance pedestrian safety and the crosswalk near Paradise Elementary School.

Reconfiguration Planned for Paradise Park Dog Parks - June 25, 2024

Today the Town of Paradise is announcing a plan to temporarily reconfigure the dog parks in Paradise Park. The changes are designed to meet the needs of users while accommodating the beach volleyball courts for the 2025 Canada Summer Games.

PSA: Partial Lane Closure on St. Thomas Line (October 14, 2024)

The Town of Paradise advises of a partial lane closure for a section of St. Thomas Line near the Lift Station 10 work site, from Topsail Road to Carlingford Street. The closure will be in effect from October 14 to October 25 with one lane open in each direction. PSA: Paving Operations on Sections of St. Thomas Line - October 8, 2024

The Town of Paradise advises that paving operations are scheduled for various sections of St. Thomas Line, between Lift Station 10 work site to civic #150. The work will be completed October 8 to 11. Crews will work to minimize traffic impacts, however, given the nature of the work, there may be periodic traffic slowdowns. Traffic Control will give priority to school buses travelling in the area.
