October 7, 2025 – Paradise, NL: The Town of Paradise advises of a water shut-off on Jane Heights for Wednesday, October 8, 2025, to complete a water main repair. Work is scheduled to begin at 8:00 a.m. and is expected to be completed by 4:00 p.m. During this time, Jane Heights will be closed to all traffic except for local traffic to allow crews to safely complete the repair.

October 3, 2025 – Paradise, NL The Town of Paradise advises that the 2025 fall line painting and maintenance program will begin on October 4, 2025, starting with marking and painting along Topsail Road. Work on additional roads across Town will continue throughout October.

October 03, 2025: The Town of Paradise advises of traffic interruptions on Kenmount Road, from Civic #1222 to the McNamara Drive intersection. As construction resumes for Phase I of the Kenmount Road Rehabilitation Project on Monday, October 6, 2025. The project is set to be completed in approximately three weeks.

September 29, 2025: The Town of Paradise advises that construction of a new pedestrian trail connecting Morgan Avenue to Howard Avenue in Paradise Ridge will begin on October 2, 2025. Work will take place daily from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is expected to be completed in 4 weeks. Pedestrians are asked to avoid the area and to follow all posted signage.
