UPDATE: 7 p.m. June 19 - Water is restored to the affected areas. Residents are advised to run their water for a few minutes in the event of any discolouration or air in the pipes. The Town apologizes for the inconvenience and thanks residents for their understanding as crews worked to complete the repairs.

The Town of Paradise advises that the 2023 Street Rehabilitation program begins tomorrow, Wednesday, June 14. This year, road repairs are scheduled for Stephanie Avenue, Gentler Place, Ballyshannon Street, Kinder Drive, Gregg Avenue, Gail Place, Bernard Drive, Newdale Road, Topsail Pond Road, and Topsail Road. There will also be extensive sidewalk work on Topsail Road and Paradise Road.

The Town of Paradise advises that temporary repairs to the pedestrian activated crosswalk lights at Topsail Road and Glendarek Drive are scheduled for Friday, June 2. Crews will work to maintain traffic flow and periodic interruptions and slowdowns are expected.

The Town of Paradise is advising residents that work on a section of the Adam’s Pond Trail is starting on Wednesday, May 17. The project is to install a lookout area on the west side of the trail, in the vicinity of the Quantum Drive access point. The work is expected to take four weeks to complete.
