All properties adjacent to Three Island Pond, including Three Island Pond Rd to the intersection of Buckingham Dr, Ellington Cl, Angels Rd, Hansen Pl, Vanellen Pl, Dawes Rd, Balsamwood Rd, Stokes Rd, Shalloway Pl. 

People are advised to evacuate immediately and travel NORTH to Route 60 (Topsail Road). See the provided map for evacuation boundaries.

August 12, 2025 12:45 p.m. Update- The fire remains out of control. The area of Town on the south side of Topsail Road from the Outer Ring Road exit to CBS boundary remains under an Evacuation Preparedness Alert. The Town is continually monitoring the situation. Residents are advised that should an evacuation order be issued, residents will not be able to return to their homes and should plan accordingly. We will continue to provide updates as information becomes available.

An immediate evacuation preparedness alert has been issued by the Town of Paradise and the Town of Conception Bay South

PARADISE Residents: 

The area on the south side of Topsail Road from the Outer Ring Road exit to CBS boundary.

CONCEPTION BAY SOUTH Residents:

The area is east of Manuels River.

Please see detailed map attached. If you are in this area, please be ready to evacuate on very short notice.

PSA: Force Main Break at St. Thomas Line and Topsail Road (Road Closure), August 4, 2025

Repairs to the force main were successfully completed overnight.
St. Thomas Line is now open and accessible to vehicles. The Town appreciate everyone’s continued patience and understanding.
