The Town of Paradise advises that effective Tuesday, July 30, a section of St. Thomas Line, from Topsail Road to Carlingford Street, will be closed to all traffic. The closure is required to install underground infrastructure as part of the Lift Station 10 project.

FIRE BAN IN EFFECT
The St. John's Regional Fire Department issued a fire advisory for residents within the Region, (City of St. John's, City of Mount Pearl, and the Town of Paradise). The fire ban will remain in effect for a minimum of 7 days, with an update to be provided in the afternoon of Wednesday, July 31, 2024.
This includes outdoor wood burning appliances, including charcoal BBQs and open fires. Propane firepits and BBQs are permitted.
