PSA: Valve Repair on Topsail Road - September 18, 2025

September 17, 2025: The Town of Paradise advises of traffic interruptions on Topsail Road at the corner of 1354 Topsail Road, near Cod Fathers and the off-ramp from the outer ring road (Exit 43) on September 18, 2025. Crews will be repairing a valve from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

PSA:Grinding and Paving Work on Sections of Topsail Road - September 16, 2025

The Town of Paradise is advising residents that grinding and paving work is scheduled for sections of Topsail Road in both eastbound and westbound lanes. Work is starting September 16, 2025, and it will take approximately one week to complete with work on-going daily from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Traffic control will be on site, and crews will work to minimize traffic impacts. In particular, eastbound lanes will remain open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., and westbound lanes will remain open from 4:00 p.m....

**Update 9:50 a.m. – September 13, 2025: Water Main Break on Topsail Road Near Scotia Bank The Town of Paradise advises that repairs to the water main break near Scotia Bank on Topsail Road were completed at 10:00 p.m. last night (September 12, 2025). All lanes in the affected area are now open. The Town will continue to monitor the situation closely over the weekend. Traffic Interruption for a Section of Topsail Road - September 11, 2025

September 11, 2025: The Town of Paradise advises of a traffic interruption for a section of Topsail Road, in the westbound lane, from the intersection of Elizabeth Drive up to the east bound highway exit. The traffic will be down to one lane for the afternoon on Thursday, September 11, as crews complete work in the area. Drivers are asked to respect all posted signage and follow traffic control measures in the area. The Town apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this work.

PSA: Section of Adams Pond Trail Closed for Construction - September 08, 2025

September 4, 2025:  The Town of Paradise advises that a section of Adams Pond Trail, between Vista Crest Gardens and Archibald Drive, will be closed for approximately two weeks starting September 8, 2025. The closure is in place to allow the developer for the Lakeside Phase 7 subdivision to complete storm drainage upgrades and a bridge installation. These improvements will help reduce water pooling and improve overall trail conditions.
