SunSplash Paddle in Paradise

Put your thinking caps on for our SunSplash Trivia Night at Banished Brewing! There will be several rounds of miscellaneous trivia for everyone to enjoy and it’s completely free of charge. Teams can have a maximum of six people and must book a table in advance.

1-up your weekend with our outdoor movie featuring Super Mario Bros! The show starts at 8:30 p.m. in front of the Band Stand and is the ideal place for blankets, snacks, and good company. Registration is not required but the Lions Club and Kin Club will be accepting non-perishable food items for the Paradise and CBS Food Bank. See you near the big screen!

🚣‍♀️ SunSplash Paddle-in-Paradise Dragon Boat Races - Saturday, August 17

Come enjoy a day at the races! Our ever popular SunSplash Paddle-in-Paradise Dragon Boat Races will be hitting the water Saturday, August 17 at 8:00 a.m. And while you're watching teams compete for first place, enjoy delicious food from several food trucks, including Ziggy Peel Goods, Rocketeer Treats, and Hot Dog Cart. This event is loved by many and supports a great cause. See you near the starting line!

🎶 SunSplash Kitchen Party - Saturday, August 17

There's nothing like a kitchen party on the weekend! Grab your favourite people and head down to Paradise Park for our SunSplash Kitchen Party. Enjoy live music from 5:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. with local favourites including Mackenzie Critch, Brett Crane, Dana Parsons Project, Damian Follet, and Nick Earle & The Reckless Hearts! While you're treating your ears, you can also treat your tastebuds; enjoy delicious food from several food trucks, including Ziggy Peel Goods, Rocketeer Treats, and Hot Dog Cart. For those interested in having a drink or two, Banished Brewing will have a beer garden all ready to go.

Tickets go on sale August 2 and will be available in person at the Paradise Double Ice Complex or on the Town's Recreation Portal. When buying online, please bring your receipt on hand the night of the show to prove your purchase.

• $10 for 1 Passes. 
• $15 for 2 Passes
• $20 for 3 Passes
• $25 for 4 Passes
• Free for youth under 18 years of age (must be accompanied by an adult)

This is an all ages event, all youth and children under the ages of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 19. The Lion's Club and Kin Club will be on-site collecting non-perishable food items for the Paradise / CBS Food Bank.

Bring the fam jam to our SunSplash Family Fun Day! There's something for everyone including face painting, bouncy castles, Frontline Action fun zones, arts and crafts, and more. And that's not all, enjoy performances by Wonderbolt Circus, Gary Summers Magic Show, Royal Avalon Princesses, Super Heros, and Jellybean Reptile Show! 

And while the kids are off having fun, adults can enjoy delicious food from several food trucks, including Ziggy Peel Goods, Rocketeer Treats, and Hot Dog Cart. Banished Brewing will be serving beer and seltzers for those who are interested (feel free to sit with your family and friends while you enjoy.)
