Applications Invited for Community Donations from Town

The Town of Paradise has launched an Annual Donation Program for community groups and organizations. Each year, as part of the annual budget process, Council allocates an amount to support community groups and organizations. Due to weather, this road work will now take place on Sunday, Febuary 26 and the section of Kenmount will be closed on Sunday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Town of Paradise is advising residents that a section of Kenmount Road, from the Roundabout to 1180 Kenmount Road (Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness), will be closed on Saturday, February 25, 2017 to allow for road repairs. Town Facilities Closed for Day: All Town Facilities (Town Hall, Paradise Double Ice Complex and Rotary Paradise Youth and Community Centre) are closed for the aremainder of the day Wednesday, February 15.
The Snow and Ice in Paradise events Meadow Creek Visit, Youth Centre & Sk8 Park Activities, and Basketball Skills Competition scheduled for Wednesday, February 15 are cancelled for today and will be rescheduled, the dates will be announced.

The Town of Paradise advises that all Town Facilities (Town Hall, Paradise Double Ice Complex and Rotary Paradise Youth and Community Centre) are closed for the morning, Wednesday, February 15, an update will be provided by 11 a.m. Garbage / Recycling Collection is cancelled for Wednesday, February 15, 2017. It is rescheduled for Saturday, February 18. Residents are asked not to place wheeled garbage carts or recyclables out for collection on Wednesday.

The Town of Paradise advises that due to the forecast, Garbage (Area 3) / Recycling (Area 3B) Collection is cancelled for Wednesday, February 15. It is rescheduled for Saturday, February 18. Residents are asked not to place wheeled garbage carts or recyclables out for collection on Wednesday.
