The Town of Paradise is advising residents that effective May 8, 2017 construction work for the Topsail Road Phase IV project will resume for the season. The work includes widening Topsail Road from Christopher Street to St. Thomas Line, installing storm sewers, curb, gutter and sidewalk, and replacing the bridge at Christopher Street.For the duration of the work, detours will be in place:

The Town of Paradise advises residents of Evergreen Village of a planned, temporary water shut-off for Thursday, May 4, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to complete repairs to the water main system. The Town appreciates residents’ patience while work is being completed in the area. Residents are reminded to turn-off hot water tanks while the water shut-off is in effect. The Town of Paradise advises that the water main break affecting Janal’s Road and a section of Paradise Road has been repaired. Water has been restored to all affected areas.
Residents are asked to run their water for a few minutes in the event of discoloured water or air in the pipes.
The Town apologizes for the inconvenience.
