The Corporate Services department oversees the management of the Town's financial affairs, the human resources function, communications, records management, and information technology.
It provides recommendations to Council and staff on fiscal issues and implements policies, procedures and systems in order to promote and protect the Town's financial interests and coordinates the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget.

Prepares the Town's annual budget, monitors all financial activity, administers taxation and billing, and pays invoices |

Oversees the recruitment, training and development of Town employees |
Communications |
Keeps residents, Town employees, and stakeholders informed about the operations of the Town of Paradise |
Records Management |
Provides guidance on the administration of digital or paper records for the Town |

Manages all the computers, networks and technical systems used by the Town |
