Completed ATIPP Requests

Since January 2020, the Town of Paradise has been providing public access to information related to completed requests under the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015 (ATIPPA, 2015). These records include non-personal requests that have been reviewed and approved for public release.

Personal ATIPP requests are not available to the public. Additionally, some requests that contain a significant amount of sensitive or personal information may require further review before they are shared. In such cases, responses may only be made available upon request.

All responses released to the public on an annual basis are thoroughly reviewed to ensure that any personal or identifying information is removed, in full compliance with privacy regulations.
