Water Booster Program

The Town of Paradise Water Booster Program supports residents by helping offset the costs associated with increasing domestic water pressure.

Those who are eligible for this program may receive a rebate from the Town covering a portion of the cost associated with increasing the water pressure. To apply for this rebate, applicants must meet the program criteria and guidelines as outlined in the Town's Water Booster Pump Rebate Policy.

Upon approval, a one-time rebate will be issued to the applicant. The amount of the rebate is set by Council and is $400. There is no application processing fee and a permit to install the booster pump is not required. Please note that this program's budget limit is determined annually. Rebates are available to eligible residents until budgeted funds are expended.

Eligibility Requirements:

• The applicant must be the current owner of the property.
• All civic addresses pre-qualified in the maps below are eligible for the rebate program.
• If the property is experiencing low pressure in the home and the home is adjacent to the 180 m contour limit of service identified in the maps below, the Town will use the results of a static pressure test taken at the nearest fire hydrant to determine eligibility. Static pressure less than 275kPa (40 psi) will make the property eligible for the rebate program.

• To apply, please complete and submit a Water Booster Pump Program Rebate Application. Completed applications may be submitted by mail, email, or dropped off at Paradise Town Hall.
