The Town of Paradise is advising residents that work on the traffic lights at the intersection of Carlisle Drive and Topsail Road will begin on Monday, August 31. The Town of Paradise is advising that sanitary sewer smoke testing will start on Wednesday, September 2. The Town of Paradise is advising residents that grinding and paving work is scheduled for sections of St. Thomas Line, in both the northbound and southbound lanes, on August 14 and 15.
