In observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday, all Town buildings, including the Town Hall and Paradise Double Ice Complex, are closed on Monday, October 12. There is no impact on garbage collection. We wish everyone a safe and enjoyable Thanksgiving weekend!

The Town of Paradise has reached an agreement with the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Public and Private Employees (NAPE) to extend the current contract for Town bargaining unit employees. The agreement was officially approved at the regular Public Council Meeting on October 6, 2020. The Town of Paradise is advising that a detour will be in place to divert traffic for a section of Paradise Road (Camrose Drive to St. Thomas Line) effective Monday, October 5, 2020. The detour will be in place for approximately two weeks, Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Traffic will be diverted from Paradise Road through Camrose Drive and Deborah Lynn Heights.
