Budget 2025

The Town of Paradise 2025 Budget was presented during the Public Council Meeting on December 17. The $44.6 million balanced budget maintains the residential and commercial mil rates along with the water and sewer fees. For 2025, the residential mil rate remains at 7.4, with commercial at 11.5.

Key investments in Budget 2025 include:

Allocation for new snow clearing equipment;
Development of the Trenton Drive Open Space Area, and new trails in Trenton Drive, Silverbirch Crescent, and Morgan Avenue areas;
Engineering work for a new baseball field;
Funding for Metrobus Route 30 to be all-day service starting September 2025;
Feasibility study for a swimming pool;
Continued investment in Water and Sewer Priority List; and
Allocation for the Infrastructure Reserve Fund.
