Town Closures and Scheduling Changes in Observance of Victoria Day Holiday

Due to the Victoria Day Holiday on Monday, May 20, Paradise Town Hall, Paradise Double Ice Complex (including the BodyQuest Fitness Centre) and the Rotary Paradise Youth and Community Centre will be closed.
Residents are also advised that the Garbage and Recycling Collection schedule will move ahead by one day next week. Find the revised schedule at Paradise.ca/Closures.
PSA: Road Detour for McNamara Drive

The Town of Paradise is advising residents that effective Tuesday, May 21 a detour will be in place for McNamara Drive to accommodate the installation of underground infrastructure. All traffic will be detoured through Valley Ridge subdivision (see map below for detour route):
- Southbound traffic will enter the detour through Burnaby Street
- Northbound traffic will enter the detour through Tipperary Street
- Access to the Town Hall and Paradise Double Ice Complex will be available from McNamara Drive,...

The Town of Paradise is advising that road work at the Karwood Road Roundabout is scheduled to begin on May 8. The project is to add an additional access point to the roundabout and the work is expected to last for approximately six weeks.
Traffic will be maintained in the roundabout during construction; however, traffic interruptions and delays may occur. Crews will work to minimize traffic impacts as much as possible, especially during the peak morning and evening traffic times. The public is reminded...
